): Partial<ShieldDefinition>
Draws a shield with an ellipse background
Parameters
- fillColor: string
  Color of ellipse background fill
- strokeColor: string
  Color of ellipse outline stroke
- textColor: string
  Color of text (defaults to strokeColor)
- rectWidth: number
  Width of ellipse (defaults to variable-width)
Returns Partial<ShieldDefinition>
a shield definition object
