circleShield(

    strokeColor: string,
    textColor: string,
): Partial<ShieldDefinition>
Draws a shield with circle background (special case of ovalShield)
Parameters
- fillColor: string
  Color of circle background fill
- strokeColor: string
  Color of circle outline stroke
- textColor: string
  Color of text (defaults to strokeColor)
Returns Partial<ShieldDefinition>
a shield definition object
